Finance Specialist

We is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Finance Specialist with strong Mandarin communication skills to support its financial operations in Java, Indonesia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily financial accounting activities, including recording company income, expenses, and operational costs. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, monitoring accounts receivable and payable, and ensuring that company assets are properly documented. The Finance Specialist is expected to handle accounting activities independently while maintaining accuracy, accountability, and consistency in financial administration. In addition to daily accounting responsibilities, the selected candidate will manage cash and bank transactions, prepare accounting vouchers, and handle invoice issuance and documentation. The position also requires coordination with banks, tax authorities, and other relevant external institutions to support the company's financial and administrative requirements. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software are essential for this position. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is required to facilitate effective professional communication. Monthly salary: IDR 8,000,000–10,000,000.
