Mandarin Operations Staff

We are looking for Mandarin Operations Staff to support the company's operational activities in Bali. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin, excellent logical reasoning skills, and the ability to analyze and resolve operational challenges effectively. This position is suited for adaptable, detail-oriented, and responsible individuals who can communicate professionally and perform effectively in a shift-based operational environment. Practical Mandarin communication proficiency is our primary consideration. An HSK certificate is not required.

1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1). 2, Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written. 3, Ability to communicate actively and effectively in Mandarin within a professional environment. 4. An HSK certificate is not mandatory. Candidates will be evaluated based on their actual Mandarin communication abilities. 5. Strong logical thinking, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving skills. 6. Ability to analyze situations and develop practical, effective solutions. 7. Good interpersonal and communication skills. 8 Adaptable, detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of working independently or collaboratively. 9. Willing to work onsite in Bali, Indonesia. 10. Willing to work rotating shifts based on operational requirements.

Gross salary range: IDR 11,000,000 – IDR 15,000,000.
